In the district of Sesselebene, 3 km from the centre of See, in a sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Storeroom available. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Landeck" 13 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, bathing lake 3 km. Tennis 3 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 13 km, slopes 3 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 3 km, cross country ski track 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: See 3 km, Kappl 5 km, Ischgl 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee SEE 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region See, Kappl und Ischgl. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
