Description of the campsite
A 3-star campground located 50 meters from the Ain River and 500 meters from Lake Vouglans, Camping des Pêcheurs welcomes you to the heart of the Lakes Region at the foot of the Jura Mountains.
The campground features a multipurpose sports field. For a more relaxed and social atmosphere, there are pétanque courts and ping-pong tables available.
The campground has two playgrounds equipped with swings and slides.
An outdoor fitness area is also available for those who want to stay in shape while enjoying the surrounding nature.
During peak season, one musical evening is held each week, and fresh bread is delivered daily. Two aqua aerobics sessions are available to help you start your day.
Located right in the heart of the lake region, our campground is the perfect starting point for all your nature hikes or for days spent enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the lakes. Several lakes are open for swimming and feature developed beaches and water-based activities. Other lakes are perfect for family hikes or for taking the time to admire the scenery. The many waterfalls in the area feed these lakes and reveal their full power during the snowmelt in late spring. About an hour’s drive away, you’ll find the vast expanses of the Haut-Jura with their spruce forests and wild valleys.
From Lons-le-Saunier, follow the signs for Geneva. Pont-de-Poitte is located 18 km from Lons-le-Saunier. Situated in the center of Pont-de-Poitte, the campground is easily accessible from the main road that runs through the town (D678).
When arriving from Clairvaux-les-Lacs, cross the bridge over the Ain River (potholes) and continue straight for about 500 meters. The campground is on the right.
