Le CHALET des REVES ***** (500 m2 habitable, 3 levels) is a large traditional village house completely restored and renovated by its owners from 2019 to 2022 (3 years).
Located in an ancient hamlet - CHAMPAGNY - Le VILLARD DESSOUS - under the Church of the village - the CHALET des REVES faces the nature of the Alps: a quiet pasture on the front line, the peaks of the Vanoise on the horizon, COURCHEVEL and on water ski area diagonally towards the SUD-WEST. 500 m from the center of the village where are the shops, the ESF and the cable car. Located a few meters from the municipal swimming pool, you will find the stop of the free communal shuttle (frequency every 30 minutes in high season).

CHALET des RÊVES is built of stones of the country: they have been carefully restored. The NORD facade reveals the old stone wall that was sanded. The other facades have modernized components: magisterial glass openings, balconies of the rooms and the living room in SUD that capture sunlight...
