Description of the residence
The chalet LOuta is a magnificent fully renovated individual chalet, located in the centre of the village, 200m from shops and entertainment and 400m from the slopes of the Espace Diamant and the ski school.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and 6 connected villages (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Seizies, Hauteluce), everyone will find their happiness to enjoy their holidays.
The village centre of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the privileged place to have everything within reach: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this village station will seduce you.
In summer, you will enjoy an ideal location, just 200 metres from tennis courts and children's playgrounds. Many hiking trails and mountain bike tours are also available to explore the area at your own pace. The Mont Rond chairlift, accessible two days a week, takes you easily to spectacular views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet water body and its leisure base are only 4 km away.
The little plus: quiet area close to all amenities.
An electric vehicle charging station is located a few meters from the chalet, at the entrance of the parking lot (160 road from the Court)
