Description of the campsite
At 300m from the sea and port de la Gravette, a fishing and yacht harbor, Camping La Guichardière is situated in the Loire-Atlantique, in the municipality of La Plaine-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from Pornic.
In a green and flowery setting, Camping La Guichardière offers you pitches for tents, caravans or camping-cars (service area on the campsite) and rental accommodations (mobile homes and chalets) for 2-8 people.
At the seaside nearby the campsite, you find, in addition to multiple sand beaches, a rocky coast: a true paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Starting from the campsite a biking and walking path takes you directly to the seaside.
To enable you to make the most of your stay in the Loire-Atlantique region, La Guichardière campsite offers a number of services: bar/restaurant, grocery shop, bike hire, laundry, motorhome service area, free Wi-Fi access and boat parking. Also, the campsite offers two swimming pools heated to 26° minimum (one of which is covered with a paddling pool), a paddling pool for the youngest (open from the end of April to mid-September) as well as a water garden with slides, and in all seasons: tennis, table tennis, children's play areas, games room, petanque grounds...
During the high season, participate in the different fun and sportive activities organized, like aqua gym and different tournaments, while the children benefit from a kids club.
The Loire-Atlantique has 133 kilometres of coastline, from the beaches of the Guérande peninsula to the creeks of Pornic and the Pays de Retz, discover a great diversity of landscapes.
Between these two shores, the Loire estuary serves as a link between the different atmospheres of the Loire-Atlantique.
From the bay of La Baule - a member of the Club of the most beautiful bays in the world - to the fisheries of Pornic, from the salt marshes of Guérande to the shipyards of Saint-Nazaire, from the ports of Le Croisic and La Turballe to the beaches of Saint-Brevin, you will find in the Loire-Atlantique everything that makes a holiday on the Atlantic coast so enjoyable.
This includes various activities to enjoy: lounging on the beach, tasting oysters by the sea or going sailing, visiting the small towns of character such as Batz-sur-Mer, le Croisic or Pornic but also discovering the originality of Saint-Nazaire...

By car: Take highway Paris-Nantes, in the direction of Pornic. From Pornic onwards follow the direction of Saint Nazaire and take direction _La Plaine sur Mer_. Follow the directions to La Plaine sur Mer and from the village center follow the directions of the campsite. The campsite is located nearby Port de La Gravette.
