Small, comfortable apartment house "Monte Oliveto", 1'300 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. In the centre of Bormio, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, along the wooded area, 1 km from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: terraced garden (not fenced) with plants, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Very steep motor access (mountain road, ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar, café 350 m, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km, chair lift 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 11 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 11 km, Livigno 36 km. Hiking paths: Croce della Reit, Val Zebrù, Sentiero Glaciologico Alto, Malga di San Colombano, Val Viola.
