Riva del Garda: Modern, cosy 3-family house "Garda Olive", 2 storeys. 4 apartments in the property. In the district of Sant'Alessandro 1 km from the centre of di Riva del Garda, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 800 m from the lake, 800 m from the beach, south-east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Public parking 20 m on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 100 m, bicycle rental 700 m, pub garden 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, thermal baths "Garda Therme" 5 km, bathing lake "Lago di Garda" 800 m. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km, indoor tennis centre 3 km, minigolf 5 km, cycle lane 20 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
