Located on the snow front from the chairlift of Pré Novel, ideal location in the heart of Val-Cenis resort. Area with swimming pool, sauna, hamam, jacuzzi, gym accessible to residents (Accessible when the residence is open, from December 18, 2026 to April 11, 2027).
Shops available at 50m: restaurant, souvenir press, sports shop, hot spot breads and pastries, general food. Free shuttle to other points of the station at 80m. Located in the heart of Val-Cenis between the villages of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard, both acessible on foot (about 700m), the residence will allow you to enjoy the atmospheres of the 2 villages.
