Description of the residence
DIVES ON SEA/ PORT GUILLAUME. Cottage of 3 main rooms, with a capacity of 6 people, with an area of approximately 44m2, with a private garden exposed West.
The cottage includes: a living room/lounge (a sofa bed, flat screen TV and internet access via a freebox) overlooking a terrace and a private garden, a kitchen area and a dining area (a refrigerator, a microwave grill, 4 ceramic glass hobs and a washing machine), a living room with toilets; upstairs: a pallet room serving a first bedroom (with a bed of 140x190 and closets/ closets), the second bedroom (with 2 twin beds of 90x190 and closets/shower) and a bathroom (shower).
Pets are accepted in this rental.
This property is also available for short stay (excluding school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, bed linen kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (warning us a few days before arrival), cot (25E/week).
