Description of the establishment
Ideally located in a quiet and sought-after environment in Arcachon, close to the beach of Eyrac, this newly renovated house with quality services is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The main house consists of an entrance with fitted wardrobes, a bright living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
An adjoining room, equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, offers a highly appreciated independent space.
Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden, two terraces: one for outdoor meals with awning, the other shaded for relaxing moments, and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days.
The property has parking spaces on the ground and a carport, a real comfort in Arcachon.
An ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday between beach, nature and sweetness of life.
End of stay cleaning is included. WIFI and air conditioning
The linen is not provided, it is possible to rent it, for example: a double bed pack with sheets and towels for two people: 40€/week, the price is decreasing if several weeks rented.
