In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 950 m from the sea, 950 m from the beach. Private: natural state property (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Begur" 5 km, sandy beach "Platja D'Aiguablava" 950 m. Sports harbour 20 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 25 km, Castell de Begur 6 km, Pals Pueblo Mediaval 11 km, Parque Acuatíco Aquadiver 27 km, Jardi Botanic de Cap Roig 14 km. Hiking paths: Cami de Ronda 950 m, Aiguamolls de Pals 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
