In the centre of Binissalem, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3 km from the edge of the forest, 33 km from the sea, 33 km from the beach. Private: courtyard. Outdoor shower, patio (40 m2), public car park, public parking on the road. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 130 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Binissalem" 600 m, railway station "de Binissalem" 900 m, ferry "Port Alcúdia" 34 km, sandy beach "Port d'Alcúdia" 33 km. Sports harbour 33 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, riding stable 16 km, walking paths from the house 1.5 km, cycle lane 900 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Bodegas y Viñedos D.O. Binissalem, Mercado Local (Viernes, 9.00-13.30h). 250 m, Centro Comercial, ocio y cinemas 13 km, Ciudad de Inca 7 km, Pueblos de Alaró, Consell, Santa María. Hiking paths: Serra de Tramuntana. Please note: suitable for seniors. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
