Description of the establishment
Beautiful, historical chalet "Chalet Ralon", 1'600 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Ralon 700 m from the centre of San Pietro, 5 km from the centre of Bormio, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 800 m from the skiing area, west facing position. Private: large garden 1'600 m2 (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road, ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, in winter 50 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 900 m, café 5 km, bus stop 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 6.5 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 6.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, chair lift 800 m, ski rental 5 km, ski school 5 km, children's ski school 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 4.5 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 16 km, Livigno 43 km. Hiking paths: Croce della Reit, Val Zebrù, Sentiero Glaciologico Alto, Malga di San Colombano, Val Viola. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
