Large, beautiful, comfortable farm estate "Son Aloy", 2 storeys, renovated, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 700 m from the centre of Búger, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 900 m from the edge of the forest, 15 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, swimming pool, indoor pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 120 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 4.9 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar, bakery 700 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Búger (9001)" 650 m, sandy beach "Port d'Alcúdia" 15 m. Sports harbour 17 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, cycle lane 50 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblos:Campanet,Selva,Moscari,Sa Pobla. Faro de Formentor, Ermita de Lluc. Palma City. Mallorca Fashion Outlet & Cinemas. Ciutat Romana de Pollentia, Alcúdia. Hiking paths: Puig de Santa Magdalena. Serra de Tramuntana. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults.
