In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery, supermarket 400 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 500 m, bakery 700 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Savines 1 (51002)" 1.4 km, railway station "Estación de Manacor" 18 km, sandy beach "Platja de Sa Coma" 2 km.
