For shared use: swimming pool angular (25 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01. Jul. - 15. Sep.). Tennis. Private: large, beautiful terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 15. Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Caldes de Malavella" 30 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 3 km, rocky beach "Rocas Planas" 3 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 500 m, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquatico 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
