Maryvilla: Beautiful villa "Gasparet", 2 storeys. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Calpe, 9 km from the centre of Altea, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 120 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Private: property, terraced garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Very steep motor access. Stepped path (41 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar, café 450 m, bus stop 3.4 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 5 km, rocky beach "Cala Les Urques" 150 m, swimming bay 120 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 450 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. Please note: not suitable for children under 4 years. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
