In the resort 3.8 km from the centre of Calpe, in the district La Vallesa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (11 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec., extra) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01. Nov. - 31. Mar.. Parking. Grocery 1.4 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 850 m, bar, café, pedestrian zone 100 m, pub garden 850 m, bus stop "Para La vallesa" 170 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (9 hole) 13.7 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Castillo de Guadalest. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors baby equipment (included). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Heated swimming pool (November-March), extra. Reservation must be made at least one week before arrival.
