Very beautiful farm estate "Manoir des grands prés", from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Cancale, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: park 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced). Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "La Gouesnière" 10 km, sandy beach "du verger" 2 km, shingle beach "abris des flots" 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes Marins de St Malo" 14 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Malo intramuros 13 km, Grand aquarium de St Malo 14 km, Dinan 33 km, Dinard 17 km, Dol de Bretagne 20 km, Le Mont St Michel 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in St Malo, 21 km. The owner lives on the same property. Additional accommodations can be booked.
