Sep.) with shutter cover. Terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine, drying room. Parking on the premises. Grocery 750 m, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 900 m, bar 850 m, bakery 750 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach "port de Cancale" 900 m (small), thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de St Malo 18 km, Dinan 35 km, Dinard 22 km, Dol de bretagne 21 km, Le Mont St Michel 47 km, Saint Malo intramuros 16 km.
