Creixell 22 km from Tarragona: Child friendly, cosy, simple terraced house "Urb Port Lligat", 2 storeys. In a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 10. Jun. - 15. Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-22:00). Outdoor shower. Private: garden (fenced), public parking on the road. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Creixell" 1.1 km, sandy beach "Els Muntanyans" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 35 km, Aquopolis 35 km, Jungle Trek 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 4 adults + 3 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Railway line closeby. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
