Beautiful terraced house "Les Roses", 2 storeys. In the centre of Dinard, in a central, quiet position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Public parking 150 m. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery, café 500 m, bus stop "Eglise Notre dame" 700 m, railway station "Saint Malo" 9 km, sandy beach "Plage de l'écluse" 700 m, thermal baths "Thalasso de Dinard" 2 km. Sports harbour 850 m, sailing school 950 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Lunaire 4.5 km, Cap Fréhel 40 km, Saint Malo Intra muros 10 km, Cancale 22 km, Mont Saint Michel 50 km. Hiking paths: GR34 St Lunaire 1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Dinard.

Exit the A84 at Pontaubault (exit No. 34) follow Saint Malo-Le Mont-Saint-Michel.
Take the N175 to Pontorson, then the N176 continue to follow Saint Malo-Dinard.
Pass the La Rance Dam.
From Rennes 70km:
Follow the N137 to Saint Malo.
In Saint Malo take the road to the Barrage.
