Agriturismo "Gelsomino", built in 2011, surrounded by meadows and fields. 8 houses in the residence. 1.2 km from the centre of Dongo, on the outskirts, 48 km from the centre of Como, 40 km from the centre of Lugano, 200 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, meadow, orchard. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 120 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 100 m, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop "Linea C10 (Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 100 m, railway station "Como (Milano-Zürich/Basel)" 48 km, pebble beach, grass beach 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 500 m, marina 1.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 700 m, sailing school 2 km, cycle lane 150 m, children's playground 750 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Museo Barca Lariana, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Giardino del Merlo-Musso, Livo-Crotto Dangri, Valle del Livo. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
