Above Dongo 2.5 km from the centre of Dongo, 51 km from the centre of Como, 43 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 2.2 km from the lake. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees. Barbecue. 100 m long steep motor access to the grounds. 100 m steep footpath (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 2 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Colico" 21 km, grass beach 2.2 km. Marina 2.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, surf school 2.2 km, sailing school 2.2 km, sports centre 2.2 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Museo della Barca Lariana-Pianello, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
