In the district of Pení, 500 m from the centre of Empuriabrava, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 900 m from the sea, 200 m from the canal, south-west facing position. Private: large, well-kept garden 250 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 120 m, bar, café, bus stop 800 m, railway station 15 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 900 m, diving center 200 m. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 5 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 290 m, sports centre 1 km.
