Luxurious, historical villa "Incoronata", surrounded by trees and fields. 1 km from the centre of Nardò-Città del Barocco Leccese, 15 km from the centre of Gallipoli, 24 km from the centre of Lecce, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), large, beautiful, well-kept garden 6'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (6 x 14 m, depth 90 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 30. Apr. - 31. Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 3 km, bar, bakery, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Nardò" 3 km, sandy beach "Santa Caterina" 3 km, rocky beach "Porto Selvaggio" 3 km. Tennis, sports centre 400 m. Nearby attractions: Melpignano- Città della Taranta 40 km, Otranto 60 km, Santa Maria di Leuca- Punta Sud Puglia 60 km, Alberobello 143 km, Polignano a Mare 149 km, Matera 162 m. Hiking paths: Parco Naturale Porto Selvaggio 25 km, Parco Naturale Terra delle Gravine 119 km, Grotte carsiche di Castellana 155 km. Please note: car recommended. In the basement of the villa is a separate, unoccupied apartment. The children's pool is 90 cm deep.

Gallipoli is easily accessible by road. From Lecce (the nearest big city, about 40 km away), you just have to take the SS101 towards Gallipoli. Lecce itself is well connected to the rest of the Puglia via motorways and fast lanes, especially from Bari (about 2h drive).
- By train:
Gallipoli is served by a small local railway line, managed by Ferrovie del Sud Est (FSE).
From Lecce, you must take a local train (not the main national lines like Trenitalia) which joins Gallipoli in just over an hour.
Attention: connections are not always frequent, especially on weekends.
- By plane:
The nearest airport is Brindisi ( Brindisi-Salento Airport), located about 85 km from Gallipoli (1h15 drive).
From Brindisi airport you can rent a car or take a bus/shuttle to Lecce, then continue by train or car.
Alternatively, Bari Airport (larger) is also an option, located about 2h30 drive away.
