Large single-family house "Les Rosiers-Charges et linge inclus". 400 m from the centre of Guérande, on the outskirts La Baule, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 6.5 km from the sea, 6.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax. Storeroom available. Parking (for 5 cars). Shop, supermarket 250 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "La Baule" 7 km, sandy beach "plage Laperouse-La Turballe" 6.5 km. Sports harbour 7 km. Nearby attractions: Vélocéan-Itinéraire Vélos 100 m, Marais Salants 2 km, Le Pouliguen-La Baule 7 km, La Turballe 7 km, Piriac sur Mer - Mesquer 12 km, Nantes - Vannnes 70 km.
