Private: natural state property 2'600 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Les ourmes" 8 km, sandy beach "Hourtin-Plage" 17 km, lake Lac d'Hourtin 8 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
