Very large, very beautiful house "Villa Los Amigos", 2 storeys. In the district of Balcón al Mar - Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 150 m from the sea, 3.4 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, parking, single garage. Supermarket, restaurant 700 m, bakery 900 m, café 750 m, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 6.4 km, shingle beach "Cala Portitxol" 3.4 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 9.7 km, surf school 7 km, tennis 750 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
