Very large, modern, very luxurious villa "Tintorera Mar Azul", 3 storeys, built in 2021. In the district of Mar Azul - Portitchol, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped, heated (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.7 km, restaurant, café 950 m, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 3.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "Cala Barraca o Portitxol" 950 m. Surf school 950 m, tennis 3.7 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
