Description of the establishment
Large, beautiful house "Feliciana", 2 storeys. In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Jávea, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, pond, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km, tennis 2.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
