Very beautiful, very luxurious villa "La Tahona", 2 storeys. In the resort Portitxol, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 1.7 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with shower and WC, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.6 km, grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 650 m, café 1.6 km, bus stop "Parada Toscamar" 2.6 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.6 km, shingle beach "Portitxol - La Barraca" 1.8 km. Surf school 1.8 km, sailing school 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
