Cosy, comfortable house "Germaine", 2 storeys. In the district of Putxol - Javea, A pie del Puerto,Casco Histórico, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (11 x 5 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool house with shower and WC, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 500 m, café 700 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 1.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 1.4 km. Sports harbour 1.4 km, surf school 1.4 km, sailing school 1.4 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
