Very large, very modern, comfortable villa "Juno", 3 storeys. In the district of Capsades, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.9 km from the sea, 2.9 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool heated (10 x 9 m, depth 40 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with salt water and internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1.9 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 9 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca Segundo Muntanyar" 3.9 km. Sports harbour 2.2 km, marina 2.2 km, golf course (9 hole) 4.8 km, surf school 2.2 km, sailing school 2.2 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
