Langesthei: Cosy, comfortable, historical timber house "Alpenperle", 1'500 m a.s.l.. In the district of Langesthei, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 8 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. E-charging station. Grocery 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bakery 8 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 22 km, thermal baths 17 km. Tennis 8.2 km, chair lift 8 km, gondola lift 7.7 km, slopes 8 km, ski rental 7.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skigebiet See 7.7 km, Skigebiet Kappl 7.6 km, Skigebiet Ischgl Silvretta 15.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Freibad See 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
