Description of the establishment
La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean that will reveal many facets. You can discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will leave you not indifferent.
In front of the Ile de Ré, the Range preserves and cultivates its island character. There is the charm of low houses with white walls and roofs of red tiles; We get lost in the cobbled streets that interlace and finally converge towards the Grande Place in the centre of the village.
13 km of sandy beaches including 8 south-facing, La Tranche is a series of famous spots to practice surfing, kite surfing, sailing tank and windsurfing. The Véliplanchists also call it "Little California".
Four quarters, four faces: The village center, La Grière to the south, the Phare to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
