Private: property 490 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 700 m, supermarket 1.3 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 360 m, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km, nudist beach 1.5 km. Sailing school 500 m. Nearby attractions: Port de pêche 700 m, Marais Salants 3 km, Parc naturel régional de Brière 8 km, Nantes 90 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
