In the district of La Petite Afrique, outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Aygulf, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 1'650 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool heated (5 x 10 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 15. Oct., extra). Outdoor shower, boules, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 2 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "les Mouettes" 350 m, railway station "Fréjus" 8 km, sandy beach "La Gaillarde" 600 m, diving center 3 km, thermal baths "Thalasso des Issambres" 5 km, lake St Cassien 45 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, sailing school 9 km, tennis 4 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand, Luna Park 7 km, Fréjus 8 km, Saint Raphaël 10 km, Saint Tropez 30 km, Cannes 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron 150 km, Isola 2000 150 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de St Cassien 45 km, Lac du Du Verdon 90 km. Hiking paths: Petites Maures 2 km, Estérel 20 km, Sentier du Litoral 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Aygulf, 2 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. ,No lighting in the pool. Possibility to heat the pool (additional charge) - only on request at least 1 week in advance.
