Beautiful, cosy, comfortable villa "Finca El Nido", surrounded by trees and fields. In the district of Vista Allegre 2.6 km from the centre of Motril, 23 km from the centre of Almuñécar, in an elevated position on a slope, 6.5 km from the sea, 6.5 km from the beach. Private: large garden (fenced) with 3'500 m2 wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 01. Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Las Angustias" 2 km, sandy beach 6.5 km. Sports harbour 6.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: Almuñecar, La Herradura, Salobreña, Alpujarras, Granada, Nerja. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Nevada, Sierra Almijara. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
