Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 5.2 km from the centre of Nîmes, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 48 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 3'600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 180 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep.). Table tennis, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop "Sophoras" 700 m, railway station "Nîmes" 4.1 km, sandy beach "Plage Nord - Grau du Roi" 48 km. Nearby attractions: Amphithéâtre de Nîmes 5.3 km, Maison Carrée 3.9 km, Jardin de la Fontaine 4.7 km, Pont du Gard 20 km, Uzès 23 km, Pont d'Avignon 42 km. Please note: car recommended.
