Nîmes: Modern, comfortable timber house "Le Chalet du Soleil". In the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet position in the residential district, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 48 km from the sea, 20 km from the river, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: well-kept garden 150 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) heated (3 x 2 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15. Oct. - 15. Apr.). Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hot tub. Public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, pedestrian zone 4 km, bus stop "Gabriel Faure" 1 km, park "Square Agrippa d'Aubigné" 1.8 km. Sports harbour 34 km, tennis 1.4 km, riding stable 4.1 km, walking paths from the house 2.2 km, cycle lane 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Arènes de Nîmes 4.3 km, Pont du Gard 20 km, Jardins de la Fontaine 5 km, Maison Carrée de Nîmes 4.5 km, Camargue 18 km, Uzès 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Bouscarasse 31 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
