Large, beautiful terraced house "La Nero", 2 storeys, renovated in 2025. In the centre of Pornic, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 800 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach, south facing position. Private: large, well-kept garden 700 m2 (fenced). Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery 50 m, café 30 m, bicycle rental 700 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gare de Pornic" 600 m, railway station "Pornic" 600 m, sandy beach "Plage de la Source" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 1 km. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 3 km, sailing school 2 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 4 km, sports centre 2 km, walking paths from the house 1 km. Nearby attractions: Faïencerie de Pornic 2 km, Pornic Aventure Accrobranche 3 km, Legendia Parc 20 km, Planète Sauvage 30 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 49 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 59 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 20 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 1 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
