Private: garden 290 m2 (fenced), parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "La Joselière" 350 m, railway station "Pornic" 2 km, sandy beach "La Joselière" 350 m, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 800 m. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, minigolf 4 km, fishing possibilities 150 m. Nearby attractions: Thalasso Pornic 1 km, Port de Pornic 2 km, La Bernerie en Retz 5 km, La Baule 46 km, Nantes 49 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 58 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St Viaud 21 km. Hiking paths: Santier des Douaniers 150 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref.
