Shop 500 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 250 m, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "Gare de Pornic" 300 m, railway station "Gare de Pornic" 300 m, sandy beach "Plage de l'Anse aux Lapins" 300 m (small), thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 400 m. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 3 km, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Faïencerie de Pornic 1.5 km, Pornic Aventure Accrobranche 2 km, Legendia Parc 20 km, Planète Sauvage 29 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 50 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 58 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 20 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 350 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 1 km. The owner lives on the same property.
