Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery, café 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Thalasso (Navette Estivale)" 700 m, railway station "Pornic" 500 m, sandy beach "Plage de la Source" 650 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Alliance Pornic Thalasso & Spa" 700 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 4 km, minigolf 3.5 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Faïencerie de Pornic 2 km, Pornic Aventure Accrobrance 3 km, Legendia Parc 20 km, Planète Sauvage 28 km, Les Machines de l'Ile de Nantes 49 km, Ile de Noirmoutier 58 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Viaud 26 km. Hiking paths: Sentier des Douaniers 500 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Pornic, 1 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
