Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 750 m, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Moventis estació bus Roses" 5 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 20 km, sandy beach "Roses" 4 km.
