In the resort 5 km from the centre of Roses, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Cadaqués, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, south facing position. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Apr. - 30. Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop "Mas Fumats - Roses" 3 km, railway station "Figueres" 24 km, sandy beach "Roses" 5 km, shingle beach "Cadaqués" 12 km.
