3-family house "La Péguière". Boulouris, in the resort 2200 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, in the residential district, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced). In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bakery 1.9 km, café 900 m, bus stop "La Fontaine" 950 m, sandy beach "La Péguière" 750 m, rocky beach "Calanque du Fournas" 1.2 km, park "La Péguière" 1 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus.
