Private: natural state property 650 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m2, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 30. Sep.) with alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. Grocery, bakery, café 800 m, bus stop "La potinière" 350 m, railway station "Saint Raphael" 4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 7 km. Nearby attractions: aqualand 8 km, karting 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gorges du Verdon 85 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
