Private: property 1'700 m2, garden (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jun. - 15. Sep.) with salt water, internal staircase and alarm system. Pool house with fridge, shower, WC and cooking stove, table tennis, boules, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 3.8 km, shopping centre 5.2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 550 m, sandy beach "La Nartelle" 300 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Les Issambres" 6 km.
